"Service Provider" means the company providing the website content management system and hosting services to the Owner for the website.

Agreement to be bound by Terms
It is a condition of use of this site that Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By registering to use this site Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The User warrants that they are either the person, or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Privacy and Storage of your personal information
It is necessary for the Owner to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement on this Website.

Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an "invitation to treat" rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Customer Service Policy
JCS Motorcycles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure our most commonly ordered products on our website are keep in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that the ordered item is not available or we unable to fulfil your order within 7 days we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Material on this site is all the copyright of the Owner or the Service Provider and the copying or use of this information is not permitted unless prior written permission is received from the site owner.

Credit Card
Credit Card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars using:

  • E-Way payments which comply with the Industry standard and use TSL 1.0 (SSL 3.0)
  • a 128-bit SSL encryption
  • secure SSL tunnel to connect to the payment gateway
Freight Policy
Shipping Charges and Delivery Information (within Australia) 
The freight charge for all orders placed within Australia is $10.00 per order including GST for delivery Australia wide with no minimum or maximum order amount limited up to the maximum acceptable dimensions and weight accepted by Australia Post and are not classiifed as dangerous or prohibited items by Australia Post (fluids, batteries etc). Any items ordered that are not accepted for sending by Australia Post must be collected from in store either by the customer or a third party freight provider organised by the customer. JCS Motorcycles uses various freight providers depending on your location but most orders are sent via Australia Post. We send most orders via Registered Post but can send Express post upon request, please contact us if you would like to know shipping times and postage upgrade costs or visit Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au for up to date express post pricing and delivery ETAs.
We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to despatch your order the same day we receive it, or the next business day if the products are in stock. Typical shipping times are estimated between 3-7 business days depending on your location in Australia. While the many of products displayed on our website are in stock, in some cases we may need to order the product in. As we deal with a large amount of suppliers the delivery time to receive products varies on the supplier and availability of the product at the time of order. In the case of not being able to supply the product within 7 days from the date of order, a time frame will be emailed to the customer and the option to cancel an order is always possible if an acceptable delivery time is not possible.

International Orders (outside of Australia)
For overseas customers freight is individually calculated for each order and an invoice is created for the freight after the order has been placed. Please select 'Pick up from store' when selecting the shipping method and we will send an invoice for the freight seperately. Please contact us if you require a quote for international shipping. Due to added logistics with international orders we require some extra processing time when handling your order.
Lost Order?
If you have placed an order on our website you should have received updates on the order status including tracking numbers and freight providers via the email or SMS that was provided to us. Please contact the freight providers directly with your consignment number for assistance with tracking your order. Orders sent via Australia Post can be tracked at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search .
Returns Policy 
If you need to return goods to us because you've changed your mind or the size isn't quite right, you may decide to return the goods at your own freight or postage costs both to us and for the postage to re-send it back to you. If we have sent you the incorect goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you. If the item is faulty we will refer the product to the supplier or manufacturer as per their warranty policy.

We can not accept returns on the following items
  • Any motorcycle helmets
  • Any special order ex-manufacturer parts & accessories
  • Electrical products
