Shipping Charges and Delivery Information (within Australia)
The freight charge for all orders placed within Australia is $10.00 per order including GST for delivery Australia wide with no minimum or maximum order amount limited up to the maximum acceptable dimensions and weight accepted by Australia Post and are not classiifed as dangerous or prohibited items by Australia Post (fluids, batteries etc). Any items ordered that are not accepted for sending by Australia Post must be collected from in store either by the customer or a third party freight provider organised by the customer. JCS Motorcycles uses various freight providers depending on your location but most orders are sent via Australia Post. We send most orders via Registered Post but can send Express post upon request, please contact us if you would like to know shipping times and postage upgrade costs or visit Australia Post at www.auspost.com.au for up to date express post pricing and delivery ETAs.
We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday (except for public holidays) and we will make every effort to despatch your order within 3 business days from the date of order if all the products are in stock. Typical shipping times are esitamated between 1 - 2 weeks depending on your location in Australia. Whilst many of products displayed on our website are in stock, in some cases we may need to order the product in. As we deal with a large amount of suppliers the delivery time to receive products varies on the supplier and availability of the product at the time of order. In the case of not being able to supply the product within 7 days from the date of order, a time frame will be emailed to the customer and the option to cancel an order is always possible if an acceptable delivery time is not possible.
Christmas and New Years Eve closures
Every year JCS Motorcycles closes between Christmas Eve and the first Monday of the new year. Orders are able to placed during these times but will not be processed or sent until we re-open.
International Orders (outside of Australia)
DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE HAVE TEMPORARLY SUSPENDED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO MOST COUNTRIES
International customers who wish to purchase from us may do so with the use of an international mail forwarding company that can provide us with an Australian delivery address for the order.
For overseas customers freight is individually calculated for each order and an invoice is created for the freight after the order has been placed. Please select 'Pick up from store' when selecting the shipping method and we will send an invoice for the freight seperately. Please contact us if you require a quote for international shipping. Due to added logistics with international orders we require some extra processing time when handling your order.
If you have placed an order on our website you should have received updates on the order status including tracking numbers and freight providers via the email or SMS that was provided to us. Please contact the freight providers directly with your consignment number for assistance with tracking your order. If you need to return goods to us because you've changed your mind or the size isn't quite right, you may decide to return the goods at your own freight or postage costs both to us and for the postage to re-send it back to you. If we have sent you the incorect goods we will cover the cost of freight return and re-sending the correct goods to you. If the item is faulty we will refer the product to the supplier or manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
We can not accept returns on the following items
- Any motorcycle helmets
- Any special order ex-manufacturer parts & accessories
- Electrical products
