Based on the classic Shoei designs of yesteryear, the Ex-Zero combines Shoei’s unique AIM lightweight composite shell, with a multi-density four piece inner EPS liner to create a super-lightweight helmet, with Shoei’s signature high-level performance, quality and safety.

MULTI-PLY MATRIX AIM SHELL
• Five-layer AIM proprietary technology shell construction.
• Hand-laid interwoven layers of fibreglass, organic fibres and resin.
• Super lightweight, high-strength shell weighs from 950 grams.
• The ultracompact design ensures a low, snug fit.
• Three shell sizes ensure a custom fit for head sizes XS-XXL.

DUAL LAYER / MULTI-DENSITY EPS LINER
• Full circumference impact absorption achieved through varying EPS density.
• Compact, lightweight design achieved through placement of the EPS.

Unique to Shoei, the forehead area of the EPS liner is the same thickness as the rest of the liner. Shoei maintains the integrity of the EPS liner by manufacturing it in full thickness, for your complete protection.

INTEGRATED CJ-3 VISOR
• The CJ-3 visor is 100% optically correct for a distortion-free view.
• Protects against 99% of the sun’s damaging UV rays.
• Adjustable in three positions for perfect comfort.
• Can be used with, or without, goggles.
• Wind tunnel designed for reduced turbulence.

VENTILATION PERFORMANCE
• Front air inlet vents with exposed aluminium mesh for airflow & protection.

CUSTOMISABLE INTERIOR SYSTEM
• Fully customisable, removable, washable, and replaceable interior.

CHIN BAR PROTECTION
• Chin bar designed with CJ-3 visor to provide maximum protection.

EMERGENCY QUICK RELEASE SYSTEM (E.Q.R.S.)
• Allows medical personnel easy access to the head.
• Can easily and safely remove cheek pads from the helmet.
• Can gently remove the helmet from injured rider’s head.
• Only places minimal load on the neck during removal.
